Have you ever wanted to do anything afterschool because your bored, then you should try join all the six, seventh and eighth graders in morning basketball. Morning basketball is a really exhilirating thing to do because you can practice for basketball games and you can work on your soccer skills.

When you go into the gym, the will be a lot of people in two areas, the big gym and the small gym. In the big gym, you can play basketball, jump-roping, and volleyball. In the small gym there is soccer. You can basically do anything in the gym that is out like basketball, and volleyball.

Friend Prompt

It was a rainy day when my friend was rudely kicked out of his house. He was very angry but I invited him to my house and he spent the night.
I think the word that best describes me is helpful because when someone is in need of help, I always come to take them out of the gutter. One day my mom was sick and nobody was there to help her so I took my brother and 2 sisters outside and fed them and my mom dinner. Then there was the day my friend was moving out of his house and he was carrying a piece of furniture out of his house. he was about to drop it so I helped him carry it.
Anyways, my friend thanked me for letting him spend the night and I felt good for it.

spelling bee

It was a cold and boring day as we waited in our school. The bus was taking forever to come.
so we decided to think of something to do while we waited.

"Where are the words you guys are looking at I can't seem to find them." I said to Celeste and the spelling bee."We're on page 3 at the bottom of the page." Celeste said sighing.

" OH SO NOW YOU TELL ME AFTER YOU'RE ALMOST DONE!!!!!""YEA PRETTY MUCH" she said exaggerating a little bit.As the bus came we getting packed up because we would be gone most of the day.

"Everybody ready." said Mrs. DreschlerAs soon as we got on the bus we drove across the street to go pick up the 3rd,4th, and 5th graders from a school named patriot.

"Whoa man this place is huge!!" I said as we walked into Fountain- Fort Carson high.I was waiting for all of my fellow students and we sat down and watched the little kids from patriot do their spelling bee. When our round started I lasted a few rounds with my friends but they kept counting down one by one. Soon afterwards I was the only one supporting my team.

We was on our last word when the spokesperson said "superstition."I said "superstition sup es"
I finally lost i was so ticked off. I got second place and I got the highest in the school.i was congratulated by the spelling bee manager. I took pictures with my family. I had won a medal and because of that I believe that I can be the best speller I can be.
Eventually I was gonna start this year but I don't even know if this school has it. I know I will always bee a good speller and I will always try-out when I have the have the chance.
